If you want to cancel your Tanganica Premium subscription, go to the Subscription tab in the main menu.
In the Your current subscription section, click the Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner of the card.
To complete the cancellation, fill in the reason why you wish to cancel the subscription.
Your saved payment card after cancellation
After cancellation, the subscription keeps running until the end of the paid period. During that time you can delete your saved payment card, you will find it in the automatic credit top-up tab. If you also have automatic top-up switched on, switch it off first.
ℹ️ If you delete the card and then want to activate the subscription or automatic top-up, you will have to enter the card again.
