Order Statistics help you analyze where your orders come from and what role Tanganica played in each purchase. This allows you to evaluate the performance of different channels and understand how Tanganica contributes to your total sales.
🛠️ How to access Order Statistics
Log in to your Tanganica account.
In the left-hand navigation menu, click Statistics.
At the top of the page, select the Orders tab.
Choose the time period (e.g. Last 30 days or custom dates).
A table with all orders for the selected period will appear. You can filter it in the Order number, Traffic sources, Medium and Campaign columns.
Order statistics are part of the Tanganica Premium subscription.
📊 What each column means
Column | Description |
Order number | Unique ID of the order. You can click it to view more detailed information. |
Date and time | When the order was completed. Shows the exact timestamp based on your timezone. |
Revenue | Total value of the order excluding VAT, shipping and other fees. |
Traffic sources | The channel that brought the customer (e.g. google, direct, email, referral). |
Medium | Type of traffic – e.g. cpc, email, referral, none. |
Campaign | Name of the campaign that brought the user (if available in UTM parameters). |
🏷️ Understanding the Tanganica, Assisted and Other labels
In the last column, Type, orders are tagged to help you see Tanganica’s influence:
Label | Meaning |
Tanganica | The order was completed after a last-click interaction with a Tanganica ad. Tanganica is fully credited for generating this order. |
Assisted | The user interacted with a Tanganica ad earlier in their journey, but the final click came from another source. Tanganica helped influence the purchase but was not the last click. |
Other | The order was completed without any interaction with Tanganica ads. |
Tanganica’s fee is calculated from orders brought by Tanganica ads, using the attribution model Last click excluding direct visits in combination with assisted conversions (Tanganica Data-driven), with a 30-day attribution window. So you pay it on orders labelled Tanganica and Assisted, but not on orders labelled Other. For assisted orders, the fee isn't calculated from the full order value, only from the part that the Tanganica Data-driven attribution model attributes to Tanganica ads.
