Automatic top-up of advertising credit is the recommended way to recharge your credit. It works like this: when your credit drops below a set threshold (the default limit is €10 / CZK 250), it is automatically topped up from your payment card.

Setting up automatic top-up is simple. In your admin panel, just click on “Top Up Credit” → “Automatic Top-Up.”

Here, you simply choose the amount you want to be automatically added and the threshold amount. Once your credit falls below this threshold, the selected amount will be automatically recharged.

You will find your saved payment card in the automatic top-up tab, and you can also delete it there.

The card cannot be deleted while payments can still be charged from it, that is when you have automatic top-up switched on or an active Tanganica Premium subscription. In that case the app will tell you what to switch off first.

Once automatic top-up is off and you have no active subscription, you can delete the card without any problem. The same applies to a cancelled subscription that is only running out its paid period.

ℹ️ If you delete the card and then want to activate Tanganica Premium or automatic top-up, you will have to enter the card again.
