Tanganica Premium is an add-on package that unlocks advanced features for your e-shop. The subscription runs on a prepaid credit model — your monthly or annual fee gives you a credit balance you spend on individual actions.

How the credit model works
At the beginning of each subscription period, you receive a prepaid credit balance based on your subscription type (19.90 EUR). Each feature you use draws from this balance; see the table below for individual costs.
If your credits run out before the end of your subscription period, the app will ask for your explicit consent to draw the remaining costs from your advertising credit, so you can continue using all features until your subscription renews.

Monitoring your usage
In the Subscription tab in the app you can track how many credits you have used, which features consumed them, and your remaining balance for the current period.
Payment card
The subscription is paid from a saved payment card and it cannot be renewed without one.
You will find the card in the automatic credit top-up tab, where you can also delete it. As long as you have an active subscription or automatic top-up switched on, it cannot be deleted and the app will tell you what to switch off first. For a cancelled subscription that is only running out its paid period, you can delete the card without any problem.
ℹ️ If you delete the card and then want to activate the subscription, you will have to enter the card again.
