Campaign setup and approval time
The initial setup of your campaigns in Tanganica only takes a few minutes.
After you create a campaign in Tanganica, the ads go through the approval process in the individual advertising systems (Google, Bing, Meta).
This usually takes 1–3 business days before your ads start showing and you see the first visits in the statistics.
Product approval
For campaigns that use products from your product XML feed, product approval in the advertising systems is also required.
If all your products in a given channel are disapproved, the campaign will not start.
👉 That is why we recommend checking the status of your products in the “Products” tab in the app.
Campaign not starting? Check these points
Your credit is topped up. Campaigns do not run without credit, see How to top up advertising credit.
Your product feed is processed. You can see its status in the app under Settings → Product upload.
The tracking code is set up. In Settings → Tracking code, click Test Pixel.
Your products are approved. You can see their status in the Products section.
If everything is fine and the campaign still does not start, our team will check it.
What to do if campaigns stay pending?
If your campaigns or products stay in the “Pending Approval” status for more than a week, our team will find out where the problem might be.
