You can find an overview of all your invoices in the app under Top Up Credit → Payment History. There you will see all your invoices and can download them straight away.
Payments and variable symbol
Card payment (including automatic top-up and the Tanganica Premium subscription): the invoice is issued right after payment. Its variable symbol (payment reference) is the same as the invoice number.
Bank transfer: you first receive a proforma invoice with a QR code and send the payment with its variable symbol. Once the payment arrives, we issue a tax document with its own number but with the same variable symbol as the proforma invoice.
Your card statement shows the details of the Stripe payment gateway. Match the payment to the invoice by amount, date and invoice number.
If a payment doesn't match an invoice, write to us via Support in the app with the invoice numbers and amounts, and we'll look into it.
