Pricing

How Tanganica pricing works: a commission on orders generated by ads, the pricing tiers and the optional Premium plan.

Tanganica has a simple pricing model. Your advertising credit is split automatically between the ad spend (clicks on your ads), which is paid even when a click doesn't lead to an order, and our fee, which is charged only on orders brought by Tanganica ads (including assisted orders). If such an order is cancelled later, for example when a customer refuses a cash on delivery parcel, you can request a refund of the fee in the app: in Order statistics, click Request a fee refund. We review each request.

This is the pricing for ads:

  1. Starter – 5% of the revenue generated through Tanganica if your monthly revenue is up to €40,000

  2. Standard – 4% of the revenue generated through Tanganica if your monthly revenue exceeds €40,000

  3. Professional – 3% of the revenue generated through Tanganica if your monthly revenue exceeds €100,000

The rate changes gradually during the month. Every calendar month starts at 5%. Once the revenue generated through Tanganica in that month exceeds €40,000, every further order is charged 4%, and once it exceeds €100,000, 3%. The lower rate is not applied retroactively to the whole month.

Example: with monthly revenue of €60,000, you pay 5% of the first €40,000 (€2,000) and 4% of the remaining €20,000 (€800), €2,800 in total, which is about 4.7%.

If you are a large online store, you can schedule a consultation with our sales team to explore the possibility of a custom pricing plan.

An additional service is Tanganica Premium, which offers you many extra features for €19.90 (excl. VAT) per month.

Can I try Tanganica for free?

Registration and the setup guide are free. Campaigns don't have a free trial: they run on the advertising credit you top up (the minimum is €50). Without topped-up credit and an active campaign, your products are not even processed or sent for approval, so no ads can run. Only the Tanganica Premium subscription has a free 7-day trial, and it covers only Premium features (for example AI tools, social media, emailing and advanced statistics), not advertising.
