How AI Customer Support works in Tanganica: email forwarding, reply generation and knowledge base management.

The AI Customer Support feature in Tanganica helps you handle customer emails faster. Forward incoming messages to the in-app inbox, let AI prepare a reply draft, and send it directly from the app.

AI Customer Support is available only as part of Tanganica Premium. You can find it as a dedicated section in the main menu of the app.

What's inside AI Customer Support

AI Customer Support has three tabs:

  • Email Replies: generate AI-drafted replies to customer emails

  • Knowledge Base: manage the information AI uses when generating replies

  • Inbox: view forwarded customer emails and generate replies directly from the app

How the Inbox works

Set up email forwarding according to the instructions in the app. Once active, incoming customer emails will appear in the Inbox tab.

For each message, AI automatically generates a short summary so you can understand the request at a glance. To get a reply draft, click Generate reply — AI will use the content of the email along with your Knowledge Base.

Review the draft and regenerate it if needed before sending.

Gmail bonus: If you connect your Gmail account via OAuth, replies can be sent directly from your Gmail address without copying and pasting.

Credit cost

Each reply generation draws 3 (CZK) or 0.12 EUR from your prepaid credit balance. If your credits run out, the cost can be covered by your advertising credit — but only with your explicit consent.
