To advertise your products, we need your product XML feed in the Google Shopping format. Below you'll find how to find your feed and add it to the Tanganica app.
1. Find your feed URL
A product XML feed is a file with information about your products, such as name, price, availability and images. It takes the form of a URL, for example: https://www.myshop.com/feed.xml
Where to find the feed:
In your store administration, usually under sections such as Exports, Marketing, Google Shopping, Product feeds or XML feeds.
From your developer or store administrator.
If you already send a feed to Google Merchant Center, you can use the same link.
You'll find the steps for your specific platform in the Connect your store section. If you don't have a feed yet, read the article I have no XML feed, what should I do?
2. Add the feed to the app
Copy the full feed URL.
Paste it during registration in the account setup guide, or at any time later in the app under Settings.
Confirm and save.
Tanganica loads the feed once a day, overnight. If the feed is fine, your products will appear in the app by the next day at the latest.
3. If the app shows an error
The feed must be in the XML format for Google Shopping, not CSV or JSON.
The URL must be correct and publicly accessible. Try opening it in your browser.
The feed must not be missing required details, such as price or availability. You'll find an overview in the article Product feed: what it is and what a good feed looks like.
You'll find a step-by-step guide in the article Technical error when uploading the feed.
