The product search in Social Networks automation works with data from your product feed. It searches by product name — specifically the value of the <title> tag, exactly as the name appears in your feed. When searching, use part of the name in the same form as it is entered in the feed. Searching by product ID, SKU, or URL is not supported.
The product list displays all items that have been successfully processed and uploaded to the application. If you cannot find a specific product, the most common reason is that it is not included in the feed or that an error occurred during processing. Please check that the product is correctly listed in your feed.
The selection of preferred products for post automation must be done manually — you always select 5 products.
